What you share

The application collects your name, email, phone number, what you’re building, your reasons for joining and the support you would find useful. Your LinkedIn profile, startup or demo link, and city are optional. It also records your contact consent and submission time. You can select broad interests such as founder wellbeing; please leave personal health details out of the form.

How it’s used

Shlok Kapoor uses these details to contact you by email or phone about armyof.one and help shape the community. Applications are saved in the website’s private database, hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. They are also processed by Web3Forms and emailed to Shlok at shlok.kapoor97@gmail.com. Web3Forms receives normal browser connection information for delivery and spam prevention. Applicant auto-reply emails are disabled. Your application is not published on the website or sold.

Your choice

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your introduction, or withdraw consent at any time. Email shlok@altys.io with “armyof.one” in the subject. The private database and inbox retain your details while the community is active or until you ask for deletion. The Web3Forms form currently has a three-year retention setting; its free dashboard displays the most recent 30 days. A deletion request covers all of these copies.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics records visits and page views using browser cookies and device/browser information. The Google tag is blocked until you opt in. Form answers, contact details, URL query strings and fragments are not sent by our tracking code. Automatic form measurement, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. This is separate from sending an application.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. Use the “Analytics” button at the bottom of any page to change it. Turning analytics off stops new page views and removes its cookies for this website. Google Analytics event data is retained for the property’s two-month default period.
